RE: Complain ID: [redacted] CM PRODUCTIONS LLC [redacted] We apologize for a delayed response but needed to conduct an internal investigation to determine if in fact our company was behind the alleged actions.I would like to assure your organization that there is no pending case against our company for the type of actions complained about or other similar actions. There was a previous complaint filed against our company, but after being able to establish that we had no direct knowledge that the actions complained about were being perpetrated by any employee of our company, the matter was dismissed. The same result has been established in this case as wellWhile we are deeply sorry about any inconvenience or harm this may have caused the individual I can assure you that no one within our company is or has published the information that is discussed in your letter. If you can provide us with additional information such as how the individual was able to identify our company as the one who originated this alleged information it may assist us in looking further into the allegations. If there is any further we can do for you please do not hesitate to reach out to us in the future.Tim ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please see [redacted] and [redacted] / A search at [redacted] reveals a lawsuit which closed in (which I incorrectly thought was still open), and it appears that the case was settled outside of courtThe website referenced in the spam messages I receive on [redacted] is [redacted] t [redacted] _reason=other, which redirects to the main page of Well Hello!, which is owned by CM Productions The site previously had dancing girls with bare boobs on themIf CM Productions is trying to say that a third party was abusing their website, they need to redirect the removed pages to a page saying that the page was removed due to abuse, not attempt to capitalize off of [redacted] spam or text message spam by directing visitors to their main siteIf CM Productions honestly has nothing to do with the spam, it seems they would have an interest in pursuing legal action against the spammers for ruining their reputation, because Well Hello! is considered to be a spam website by manyThough its main page is described as a dating website, it is blocked in [redacted] libraries as being a pornographic website. So I suppose my question is, if CM Productions is not sending the spam, what plan of action does the company have to reduce the abuse of its websites? Is there any evidence of Well Hello! being used legitimately? It is common for companies involved in frivolous activities to deny responsibility, as was the case of [redacted] , the supposedly legitimate hosting provider shut down by the government for its involvement in the distribution of [redacted] and [redacted] scarewareThough I'm not ruling out the possibility of a third party abuser, I find it suspicious that a company whose stated business is adult entertainment (in other words, pornography) would just happen to be operating an innocent online dating website which just happens to be abused by spammers promoting pornographyReally, if they're behind it, I don't care if they confess or not, I just want the spam to stop as it is annoyingIf they're not the ones sending it, I would like to see them provide a plan to reduce the abuse of their website, [redacted] Wishing you many blessings, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please see [redacted] and [redacted]/ . A search at [redacted] reveals a lawsuit which closed in 2015 (which I
incorrectly thought was still open), and it appears that the case was
settled outside of court. The website referenced in the spam messages I receive on [redacted] is [redacted]_reason=other, which redirects to the main page of Well Hello!, which is owned by CM Productions.  The site previously had dancing girls with bare boobs on them. If CM Productions is trying to say that a third party was abusing their website, they need to redirect the removed pages to a page saying that the page was removed due to abuse, not attempt to capitalize off of [redacted] spam or text message spam by directing visitors to their main site. If CM Productions honestly has nothing to do with the spam, it seems they would have an interest in pursuing legal action against the spammers for ruining their reputation, because Well Hello! is considered to be a spam website by many. Though its main page is described as a dating website, it is blocked in [redacted] libraries as being a pornographic website. So I suppose my question is, if CM Productions is not sending the spam, what plan of action does the company have to reduce the abuse of its websites? Is there any evidence of Well Hello! being used legitimately? It is common for companies involved in frivolous activities to deny responsibility, as was the case of [redacted], the supposedly legitimate hosting provider shut down by the government for its involvement in the distribution of [redacted] and [redacted] scareware. Though I'm not ruling out the possibility of a third party abuser, I find it suspicious that a company whose stated business is adult entertainment (in other words, pornography) would just happen to be operating an innocent online dating website which just happens to be abused by spammers promoting pornography. Really, if they're behind it, I don't care if they confess or not, I just want the spam to stop as it is annoying. If they're not the ones sending it, I would like to see them provide a plan to reduce the abuse of their website, [redacted]Wishing you many blessings,
