I am rejecting this response because: They will not speak to me or Return my phone calls and with no communcation its hard to fix anything!I would like a full refundand they can have there bed back! tell them to bring a trailer!

CM Truck Beds reached out to the customer immediately after receiving notice of his complaint. The missing rails he purchased were in the process of being shipped out to him. He has since received the rails and expressed his satisfaction. Thank

I am rejecting this response because: They took the truck to fix it once and have never contacted me again. Joe Lewis said he would stand behind it. Even if it was over a year out because of my medical issues, to just call him. I have called and left message and I have also PM on there facebook page with no response. So no there has been no attempt to contact me to resolve these issues. And I spoke to someone else that has a bed like mine today and they took it up on them selves to fix theirs instead of messing with all the BS that CM is trying to pull. This is not the only complaint they have against there beds. I am one of who knows of how many people that thinks when I pay over $8,000.00 for a truck bed that it should stand up for more than 6 months! And after warranty work is done it should come back better and it left!
