someone from the office called tonight and was very very pushy I stated I wanted to wait till I check them out I could hear it in his voice he was flustrated with me He then hung up on me so I called him right back and asked why he was so upset with me ..(.because I wanted to check the company out.) He said that I had said that they were going to rip me off I stated I never said that to you! I then hung up on him....I'm so glad i'm not going with that company!! They have no respect And after seeing all the complaints, i'm REALLY glad I didn't go with this company

Do yourself a favor, don't use this company- everThey called me up and offered to give a free estimate on a bathroom remodeling project because it was a "slow time of the year." The salesman was good and convinced me to go ahead and sign a contract with them that same dayI was told it would take 2-weeks to get the needed supplies in stock and estimated by their contracted handyman that it would take 2-days to completeThree MONTHS later, I have a torn apart bathroom, supplies that I've bought for the project sitting around my house and was issued a refund check without a letter or call of apology because they were breaking their contract and aren't going to do the remodel at all nowI'd say they have poor customer service but that feels like a compliment because they have NO customer serviceI was misled, treated rudely on the phone and the owner outright lied to my facePlease learn from my horrible experience and look anywhere else for remodeling assistanceThis company isn't worth your time and money

DID MY BATHROOM REMODEL AND IT WAS THE WORST JOB EVER!!! THEY WERE RUDE! IT TOOK WEEKS INSTEAD OF DAYS AS I WAS TOLDTHEY LEFT NAILS IN MY DRIVEWAY! INSTEAD OF TEARING UP DAMAGED FLOORS, THEY ADDED MORE WOOD, WHICH WAS 1/INCHES THICK, WHEN THERE WAS A BROKEN PIPE THAT ROTTED THE FLOOR IN THE FIRST PLACETHEY DID NOT BOLT MY TOILET TO THE FLOOR, WHICH LEAKED AND ROTTED THE FLOOR MORE! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REFINISH MY EXISTING VANITY (WHICH WAS SOLID WOOD) BUT BROUGHT BACK A CHEAP, FLIMSY VANITY WHICH DOORS DO NOT STAY SHUTI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, PERIOD!!!!! I JUST HAD TO HAVE MY BATHROOM REDONE AGAIN DUE TO THEIR LACK OF EFFORT! SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED!

A [redacted] salesman sold me on these windows and I invested a lot of money and faith in this business - I feel since I am a widow they can drag their feet and I will be happy with what they have done - I am sorry I do not make the money to even put these in but I trusted them and told the young man God sent him to me since I struggled to find the right company to pay for quality windows - don't get me wrong the ones I have I love but two broken windows after such a long time???
I feel like they just don't care and here several times maybe twice !!

Never heard back. No attempts to reach me. No service person came. I paid a local person to fix our main door. It works okay but not great. The screen is broken/has been broken since it was installed. Missing parts at the bottom and can't be fixed without Triple S involment. PLEASE NOTE MY TELEPHONE NUMBER WAS CHANGED 2 DAYS AGO. Triple S Remodeling does sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused for [redacted] at both a time of loss as well...

as a job loss by her husband a few days prior to our install. As the customer stated we understood the fear of financial responsibility when unexpectedly losing income which is why we did offer an additional $1,000 rebate to help them make the $167.40 a month payment while he was without employment.
It is standard in our company that as SOON as the truck is checked in then the project with the largest quantity of windows we contact first. After investigating the matter of numerous phone calls it appears that the General Manager as well as the installer had made phone calls to attempt to schedule the install. Our office opens at 8:30am and closes at 8:30pm so if we did not get a return call in the evening our morning office staff attempts to reach out. Customers work different shifts so we try a couple of times. It was never our intentions to frustrate you.
At the beginning of the year when it is the slower part of the year we call back our previous customers to do a double check of the project and see if they have any questions or concerns we can address. The person who was calling went too far down on the list when they were calling. For that again we do apologize.
On April 28th [redacted] called in and spoke with a marketing representative who left a message for me Stacey-OM. I called her back the next day on 4/29 with Ben my Installer standing next to me. At that time we spoke to her about the wood debris. She agreed the installer told her there may be some debris in the carpet and to run the vacuum just in case. He then apologized for not realizing the other rooms had debris as well. Over the 3 days we were installing the windows we had 30+mph winds. We tried to keep all trash & debris together and we generally try to do our best to keep off of peoples landscaping, but in the nature of this business sometimes accidents do happen. Again we apologized about the rose bushes.
The final financing acceptance turned in with the contract states she was quoted: 5.9%APR at around $167.40 with $1,000 rebate on a $15,000 contract. That is how the finance documents were printed and presented for signatures in the customer's home. Then the financing company does a call to verify the documents & stipulations with the homeowner over the phone before they authorize us to order the product purchased. They also do another phone audit after the install is completed. When [redacted] called in stating she wanted the 90 Day Def. Payment I went over her contract and stated that in the Factory Reps notes done in the home it is written where it was offered but not under the one they had chosen. I again apologized and said I would get it corrected. I called the bank to get the error corrected. We have a different department we talk to as a dealer then she does as a consumer. She did call the financing company as well while I was trying to get it handled on my end. We did get some conflicting information from the finance company about sending the documents through E-Mail as I was told we could so I obtained that info from both customers. I was told the next day by the finance company I could not do it that way since the original loan had funded. I immediately called her to explain and asked what was more convenient for me to drive to them or Fax/Email them they sign them and mail them to me. She then accepted the email/mail offer. Once I received the signed change forms it was corrected ASAP.
Again Triple S Remodeling never intended to make this an unpleasant experience and do extend our most sincere apology.
OFFER:
We would like to send out someone from our installation department to stain the trim around the windows. As stated we do not normally do this because we do not guarantee a perfect match but we will get as close as possible. We have also addressed with our Factory Rep. team about the importance of letting the customer know this at the time of sale so they can better prepare themselves going forward.

Had two picture windows replaced and couldn't be happier. Sales man was excellent in understanding what we wanted and was installed beautifully.

Please learn from my horrible experience and look anywhere else for remodeling assistance. This company isn't worth your time and money.

Recently had many widows installed 4-18-15 the product quality is industry standard the installation tech doing the install was amazing his attention to detail was top notch the wraps look awesome, I was so impressed I ordered another window - thank you
