They were booked for my daughters wedding for April 25th, 2020. Due to the covid19 and the government shutdown they cancelled the contract of services
They were booked for my daughters wedding for April 25th, 2020. Due to the covid19 and the government shutdown they cancelled the contract of services. We tried to get them to reschedule on the date that the new wedding date is going to be and was told that we would have to put and additional deposit down and choose a day they are willing to do. They blocked us from phone calls and emails and refuse to give us the deposit back. This is a situation beyond our control and they are the ones that can not accommodate their services. They were shut down before the wedding was making it them who can not fulfill the contract.
I am seeking the refund of the 175.00 deposit since they are unable to fulfill the contract.
