I was in an auto accident a few months ago and went into CMG AUTOMOTIVE to see if I can get my bumper fixed/painted. The owner told me that he had painted bumpers many times before and it would be a quick fix. He told me he could fix it for 700$ and then a few days later it went up to$1300. I dropped my car off and after a week of my car being in the shop I picked it up looking worse than when I dropped it off. His paint job had dents and scratches all over the paint and it is now currently chipping on the bumper and will continue to peel off unless I get it fixed properly. My boyfriend ended up going in and looking at the car before I did and told me that it looked awful, I went in shortly after to pick up my car and the seam of the bumper that he tried to fix he literally just pushed together leaving more dents. My bumper looks worse than it did after I got hit, I have tried contacting him to try and fix the issue or get a refund but I do not get any responses. I feel that I was taken Advantage of and would like a refund to get my car fixed properly so it can look the way it did before my accident. He ended up giving me back a big chunk of money through my insurance check which was not my incentive and now I am stuck with a hack job unless he gives me a refund for the job he did on my car. This is very upsetting to me , I do not own this car it is financed through a credit union and it needs to be fixed properly .
