Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Because I have sent the form that they mailed me! I have sent it several times, my counselor at NACA NASA has sent it several timesTheir own lawyer has a copy and says it's the right one!!!! So they are lying! I started this modification in december 2016...they wait till end of May after package has been resubmitted numerous times to say the form sent is wrong? Who is really reviewing this file? Why am I constantly getting conflicting Info? Please refer the attached letter for detailed information. As a brief synopsis: Ms. [redacted] is accurate that her partial payment was received by CMG Financial's subservicer on time, however her check reflected the wrong loan number, which is...

why it was not applied until December 9th after further research was completed to validate the correct account. On November 24th, when we requested a copy of the canceled check in order to locate her payment, she provided a bank statement which did not supply the information needed. The partial payment has been processed and the late charge is being refunded. The loan has not been reported as late to any of the credit repositories for the November 2015 payment. We apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the experience and respectfully request that she correct the loan number on her payments as soon as possible. (The loan number is not provided here for privacy reasons; please see the attached letter for the correct loan number.)
