Review: I was contacted by CMI Financial Services at 2:0 7 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 by an automated dialer. The robot asked me to confirm my identity by pressing 1 which I did. I was then placed on hold for several minutes and transferred to a live sales representative where I was again harassed for personal details on a solicitation. The dispatcher asked me for my name and then birth date although the company at no point would answer why they were calling me or what this was in regard to. I continued to ask after refusing to give anymore personal details and was hung up on. Never in my life have I been so harassed for unknown reasons. I have no idea who this company is or whether they are trying to steal my identity or why on earth they have my name in the first place. I find this type of behavior reprehensible and highly intrusive.Desired Settlement: I would like for my experience to be recorded and advertised on the Revdex.com website for other consumers to be on notice. I would also like for CMI Financial to tell me the nature of the call and why they would not disclose that to me after soliciting me on the phone and demanding highly personal identifying details. After a full explanation, I want no further contact ever from this company.
