CMI Waste Removal Service Inc

After informing CMI that I filed this complaint, I was contacted by them soon after that my $had been credited to my VISA card I verified that the credit was issued so the matter has been resolved

After calling and forced to leave messages on 2/19/18-2/22/18, I finally received a return phone call this morning from Jennifer. She did acknowledge they are behind on completing routes and the phone was ringing off the hook. Initially I was told she thought my area had been collected (my thought...

is why she hadn't returned my calls), but mentioned other calls received. I told her CMI totes on my road are still out and full. I was told she hopes trash is collected today and the owners (Shannon was mentioned) were emailed requesting authorization to credit my account for two weeks of non-service. I want to see if this holds true before being satisfied.
