Apologies for the delay in getting back to you regarding this issue.This issue was due to the customer having a phone that was malfunctioning. The customer was expecting a call from our estimator and he seemed to not have had contact from us however it turned out that the customer
was having connectivity issues with his cell phone and was not able to receive the multiple phone calls that our estimator had placed to him. When we did finally get through to the customer he stated he had been having phone issues and was understanding that we had been trying to get in touch with him but wasn’t able to actually reach him. They have now come over three times to rectify. They still need to come over and clean up the rafters from the mess. The ventalition is clogged and we will get mold again. We are still waiting for them to finish. Taking a very long time.They have made many mistakes.

Enterprise did respond to me last weekend. The regional manager gave me a refund of $150 to split the difference of the rental price. She said that the second location added fees that I stated I didn't want and that location's daily rate was much...
higher. Since an employee told me the rental price would be the same, she split the difference. I didn't get my full refund back, but I am happy with the outcome.
