Review: I ordered a cake from CMNY cakes for my daughters Sweet 16. The cost of the cake came out to over $1000. I contacted [redacted] to ask her why the cake costs so much when she has her 3 tier cakes listed as starting at $450. Her response to me that this isnt the 99 cents store. She was extremely nasty with me. When I tried asking her the cost if the specific details of the cake she said she wouldnt provide me with that information. So I asked her if I could send her a picture of a cake to see how much less it would be. She told me to do so and never responded to me after I did. I then emailed her asking her if I could get a cake in the amount of deposit she pretty said I HAD to give which was $200 because I noticed on the emailed receipt she sent LATER on said it was a nonrefundable deposit (which was NEVER mentioned during the order process.) She said she would NOT accept $50 as a deposit for the cake because she did that before and then customers later would not come back to buy the cake (im sure because they can find the same exact cake for $700 less as I have.) I have not heard back from her at all, and based on her reviews on [redacted], I will not. She has been doing this to many customers and getting away with taking people's money. Please look into this matter. At this point in time, I would like my $200 refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like my $200 deposit refunded
