Please accept this response in regards to complaint ID # [redacted] .First let me apologize to the customer for the fact that she is not satisfiedThis complaint is from a propanecustomer of CMP Energy, IncHer deliveries have always been billed at our current price for propane heatcustomersThis is our standard rate, and the customer is quoted the price at the time of ordering a delivery.The price being demanded by the customer is not our current posted daily rate, nor was it at the time of the deliveries.The account in question does not have a good credit history, and has been sent several tank pinoticesfor non-paymentIf there have been any instances of the customer not having product, it has been becausethere was a past due balance owed, and it is our policy to not deliver when there is a past due balance on the account.While we value all of our customers and strive for customer service excellence, if a customer does not maintainan account in good standing, we can’t always provide the service as demandedOur records show that assoon as the customer has remedied her outstanding balances, we have always delivered the product requested.Currently, the customer is being charged the lowest daily rate we provide for propane per gallon for her usage.She has not ever requested or complained about the pricing, our interaction has pertained to payment or lack thereof.Please let me know how we can proceed so that this does not reflect poorly on our companyAt this time I am enclosing our customer account notes which verify the difficulty we have had obtaining payment on this accountAgain, at CMP Energy, Inc., we strive for great customer service and want our customers to be satisfiedThat betng said, it is unfair that a customer can file an unfounded complaint with untrue facts and I thank you for the chance to respond.Sincerely,Lori M [redacted] General Manager CMP Energy, Inc
