03-31-2015Customer brought vehicle to our shop and said that they were told,by someone they had check out their car,the transmission was bad and wanted it replaced.we found a used transmission,gave them a cost estimate the approved and transmission was repalcedvehicle was test driven and returned to customer. the customer brought the vehicle back and said the transmision was not working properlywe checked it out ,found transmission operating as designed at that time but found a computer/ sensor concern.We even took the vehicle to the shop we purchased the transmssion from, they checked it out and took it on an extended test drive came up with same conclusionThis information was given to customer, they did not believe this and still believe the transmission is bad.On or about 03-27-I told customer to take car to *** dealership for diagnosis, if transmission was the problem we would pay the charges and make sure vehicle was repaired,but if they determin that is is the comuter,sensor concern thaey would be be responsible for any and all charges at *** dealership
