By far the WORST company I have ever dealt withHeard their advertisement on the radio for a free trial of *** *** pay $for shipping & handling only and receive a $gift cardCalled the number to sign upWas told it was a month free trial and even if I canceled the subscription I would still get to keep my $gift cardIf I decided to keep the subscription, it was only $a monthI was very excited because I have been wanting to get this product for a while now! After receiving the *** *** in the mail, I called to find out about the gift cardAfter hearing all the "extras" that they do not inform you about when they are getting you to sign up, I decided to cancel everything and was reassured by the supervisor (Mike, unfortunately I did not get a last name) I would NOT be charged anything from this point forwardToday, I received a $charge on my bank accountI called the company and the supervisor REFUSED to speak to me for about minutes even though he was standing next to the sales representativeHe refused to give me my refund until the bottles showed up in his warehouseminutes after we hung up, I received a call from them saying they processed my refund because there was an error on their part (dates were never changed in the computer from the first time I spoke with them)They processed my refund but said it would be 3-days before I would get itRefused to refund my overdraft feeI mentioned that even if I had kept the subscription, the monthly fee is only $not $That's when they said they bill months at a timeI also said I never received my $gift card as promisedThe sales representative said they purchase the voucher #'s from another companyWhen I reminded her that she advertises for it, she replied with, "Well, apparently it didn't work out for you." when I said, "Excuse me?" She hung up on meThis whole company is a scam, they are obviously not registered here at the Revdex.com, and I have also contacted *** *** who airs their commercials on radio stations nationwideThey were very unhappy and have agreed to look into this more themselvesI wish that I would have checked the Revdex.com first because majority of the complaints I read are very similar to mine!
