This company kept my car for several months telling me that the parts hadn't come in or that they could not find the problem, even after I had shown them what the owners manual said the problem wasthey told me they were wrongI then googled to see if anyone else had had this problemGoogle had given me very clear answers to what was going on, and I brought that to german Autowerks attentionThey said those folks were wrongTo make this a short story, I found out the reason it took so long to get my car fixed was because they had taken the front of my car off and removed some of the parts thinking it was another car,or so they saidWhen I finally got my car back, it had junk yard parts on the front end and is terrible conditionI have had to have the car repainted, and buy new parts for the front end a little at a timeYet they own up to nothing other that having taken the wrong car apartPleas don't take your car there it will get prgressively worse each time you do

They even identified and corrected some other engine performance issues the car had been suffering. German Autowerks has earned my confidence as being reliable, knowledgeable, fair and trustworthy enough to work on this car in the future
