PLEASE NOTICE[redacted]  YOU CANT CONTACT [redacted] OF BOWLING GREEN [redacted], ASK FOR HOMEOWNERS ADJUSTER. ADJUSTER WILL CONFIRM HOMEOWNER WAS JUST FINE AT END OF CONTRACT AND EVEN REMARKED THAT SHE HAD NO ILL FEELINGS, ALSO WILL CONFIRM THAT HOMEOWNER ATTEMPTED TO COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD**...

Homeowner had extra electrical work done outside of insurance scope of work and tried to add to the insurance bill. As well homeowner said she incurred (hired) a general contractor for ALL of the work performed, this is untrue and the $15,000 or more associated with this false statement was not returned to [redacted] by homeowner. CMS worked with the property owner in great detail to make all parties happy. Sometimes in business, you have customers that are impossible to make happy unless you perform the job for free. Even then it would not be good enough. 1) Home owner wanted CMS to commit insurance fraud by giving money for things CMS had completed, in the insurance world, if you do not spend the entire amount then you, as the homeowner are required to give this money back to the insurance company. Homeowner accepted contractors overhead and profit on services that she did not even hire a general contractor to complete and was informed this was a form of insurance fraud however was unwilling, I am sure, to send that money back to State Farm. 2) Homeowner held up CMS Roofing for 2 months by overanalyzing roof products, which were not in our scope of work. (Homeowner wanted solar tubes installed, which were not existing previously then those took over one month to get in stock) We explained we could install roof and do solar tubes after, but she wanted it done her way and all at once. 3) Homeowner continuously ran subcontractors away from her property by the inability to make happy. No one wanted to continue to work with or around the homeowner. We ended up having to hire outside companies and go out of our way to try and help all that we could. Finally, CMS Roofing met with homeowner for the very last time in an attempt to settle the disputes. We arranged this with her insurance company and adjuster. She made it very clear at the meeting we were on good terms by the end of the meeting and no animosity was held, however she just used it to gain more leverage for trying to profit more from her insurance claim (which is illegal) then decided to go and post negative remarks about CMS. We provide services to 300/400 customers per year, as most that have been reading this, know that only those who become upset take the time to leave reviews/complaints. Also let it be known CMS Roofing tried to walk away from this project very quickly however homeowner insisted they would not be difficult any more. Everyone warned CMS of this customer and the customers disputes when it comes to bill payments. If people are able to jump on Revdex.com website and make inaccurate claims such as CMS ordering discontinued shingles (which we have proof is untrue amongst other things homeowner implied) then how is the quality of the site any better than just another gossip forum? Trust the data, trust WBKO Home Pros, trust the hundreds of references that are given, not the 3 or 4 bogus reports set out by disgruntled customers that are few and far between.
