Craig from CMS Services returned my call promptly and cheerfully, answered my questions and gave me an estimate on the phone. We made an appointment, and he arrived on time. He explained the procedure for cleaning the tile before and as he worked and told of possible problems that may occur. Craig was very pleasant to work with. The results were amazing. I could see the grout changing color as he made a pass over the area. I am so pleased with the results and would recommend CMS without reservation.

Review: The grout repair has unsatisfactory results. The tile joints

were not prepped properly for the new grout. The old grout was not removed.

The old gray unsanded grout is seen in the cracks where the new tan colored sanded grout has been placed.

The new tan sanded grout has receded below the surface of the tiles to a great degree

on the ceramic tile kitchen countertop joint. There are two different types of grout now

and of two different colors mixed into the same joint. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Remove the sanded grout and replace with an unsanded grout in the areas that were patched.

This could be a vinyl caulk product that has a waterproof property and of a similar color match

to the current countertop seams of a light gray color.

my wife had this company come to clean our carpet he did a crappy job he was suppose to clean my living room two bedrooms along with the hallway and my bathroom when he was here a total of twenty five minutes about fifteen minutes after he left I looked around the rooms and noticed that he did not do a very good job in my room and my sons room I touched the carpet and found that it was barely damp and in some areas it was still dry where as it took my living room over six hours to dry with the ac off my wife called him to complain about his quality of work and he told her he did the best he could do if that's his best I suggest going to frys and renting a rug doctor because it would do a better job than what he would his excuse for my room and my sons room being dry fifteen minutes after he left was the ceiling fans that are in the rooms but the ceiling fan in the living room couldn't dry that carpet that fast?????????????????? so I suggest another company I wasted $115.00 with this company don't make my mistake cause his best is still worse than my five year old could have did.

Review: I made an appointment for May 3rd for this company to come clean the carpet in 2 bedrooms, a hallway and a living room and also clean the grout in 1 bathroom. When the representative arrived, we asked him how long it would take for the service to be done, the representative told us that it would take about 45 minute or so. After about 25 minutes the rep was done with the service, that included set up as well. We were not watching everything he did in the bedrooms because we did not want to walk on the wet carpet. After we had paid him and he left we walked round a little bit just to grab some things and leave because we had an appointment somewhere else. In the 2 bedrooms there was dry spots all over and in other spots the carpet was barely damp, I also took a wet washcloth and lightly scrubbed a couple spots and the spots came out. To me if the rep did his job correctly those spots would have came up with his machine. I did not have time that day to call the company back to tell them my concern and I also wanted to wait for the carpet to dry to see how it looked. I called the company on Monday and left a message and I never received a call back, I also called on Wednesday and still no answer. I called back on Friday and my call was answered finally. I told the rep that they were here on Friday and he remembered me, I told him my problem and he proceeded to tell me that my carpet was worn out and that it was not going to come clean. I asked him why my carpet was dry in some spots right after he left, he said that it had to have been because of my celling fan. I have celling fans in all my rooms and if that was the case the entire carpet would have been dry. He told me that he did the best he could. Well the carpet in my house is only 2 years old and I know there would be some normal wear, I am sure, if done correctly, cleaning it with a machine would get it to look better than it did. I do not have animals, so there was no soils or spots from that all it was, was dirt from our shoes and maybe some food and drink spills from my 5 year old son. I told the rep that I did not expect it to look brand new, but I did expect it to look better than it did when you got here. My mother gave us a company to go to and we should have gone with them, but the reason I went with this company is because there website says A rating from Revdex.com and they cleaned grout. The rep told me to call some one else and pay another $115 for them to do it. So to conclude my complaint my carpet still looks as it did before this company came to clean it. I am trying to sell this house and would like the carpet to look somewhat nice. I will not hire them again or refer anyone to them. To me the reason he did such a terrible job was because it was a Friday afternoon and he had to drive all the way to east mesa from Peoria. I felt that he was in a rush to get home for the weekend.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be at least a partial refund so that I can hire another company to come and do what that company was suppose to do. The grout in my bathroom looks ok so I do not expect a refund for that. I do not want this company to come back to my house for another try, if he wasn't able to do it right the first time then he cant do it the second time.

We cancelled a credit card processing account 6 months ago. The company failed to cancel the account charging us $5.00 per month and $100.00 compliance fee. When this was brought to their attention they cancelled the account but are refusing to credit the fees.
