My name is Paul Brooks, I am the owner of CMV Auto Body & Repair, I have been in business for over 35 years first being PB Auto Body (15 years) and then my wife joining me and becoming my business partner in 2008 as CMV Auto. I have never had a complaint made against me....

Before then, my father owned [redacted] Body shop and I managed his shop from 1979 through 1985 and have never been accused of mistreating a customer or a customer not receiving a job that they paid for. I should not have to tell a customer who works for me and who does not. It is not even professional to discuss my workers and where they live. I do have two gentleman that works for me, Kevin A[redacted] (who lives across the Street from me) and Michael S[redacted].On the day mentioning, April 18, 2014, I met with this woman and her daughter at [redacted] liquor store parking lot because she couldn't find my address, the agreement was an estimate of work to be completed at a total of $1800 dollars for removal of all dents, change of color, (black), windows tinted, paint rims, replace chrome pipe and that would possibly have her daughter's car for two weeks. [redacted] called me on April 19, 2014 and stated that she could not pay $1800 and that she would like only the major dents taken out of the car and that $1800 was too much and what amount could do the job for? The agreement made was for $1475, the repairs would be an all-over paint job with only 2 major dents removed and rust spots taken care of on the vehicle. Once the price was reduced to what she could pay, [redacted] could not get tinted windows, chrome pipe or all dents removed for $1475.
She brought me her car within the next week with her husband. I’m also a Manager for [redacted] Auto full time and my body work is part time. thought something was wrong with this lady because she called me every day beginning the second day after she left her car; asking how the Car Coming? I informed the lady after about 6 days that she is going to need a right rear tail lamp. She asked me to look for it and I did; but could not find the lamp. Then she called back two days later and I asked had found the light, I told her no, and she said never mind don't worry about it, I was running into more problems because after painting the car the first time, the car had a paint reaction and began to lift during the second week, so I had to repaint her car. When the lady called me, I explain to her that the paint had a reaction and lifted and I need to repaint her car again and she began fussing and yelling that I said it would be two weeks. That’s why Body shops give out and estimated time of repair.On the day I told her, her car would be ready I was at work and she came and took her car without it officially being release and without paying her balance, My employee, Kevin said the lady came to my horrie and asked for her keys and he asked for the balance. They husband told him he spoke to Paul and he said release the car, Kevin called me and I told him l had not told the husband that. Kevin, said that the lady began cursing him out and taking pictures of him, his house, and threatening to call the police. I asked Kevin to give them their keys because this is my responsibility and I would have to handle it in court. . The lady took her car and did not pay the balance because she did not have the money and began stating that she was unsatisfied so she wouldn't have to pay. No one can determined how long it takes to complete a paint because you never know how a paint is going to lay on the car; plus sometimes the old paint has a reaction and sometimes you may have to repaint the same areas. In her case, the whole car had to be repainted once and she still wanted something for nothing.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. Brooks with providing the response he has given you is proof that he trying to paint a picture of professional  when in fact all three of us myself, daughter and husband can provide statements and substantial proof that this is an outright dishonest and unethical and untrustworthy person let alone a outstanding business partner.   It's amazing he has a partner and workers and stating extra works that were never brought up or requested.  The truth is I, [redacted] have written text to prove who was not only defensive but offensive in language that was done by Mr. Paul Brooks alone.   Never did we approach or respond yelling, disrespectful or vulgarly and these text will provide concrete evidence that he is contradictory in that reply.  In fact why would he  distort truth, apologize and make excuses when in final my husband only called and got involved with him due to the continuance of Mr. Paul Brooks' hostility and unprofessional dealings toward me... This is truly puzzling and frankly put Mr. Brooks and his accomplices as partners/wife and/or workers in providing a bogus and outright lying response will continually be disputed, rejected and shown as it truthfully is Deception of Lies.
I have all the text conversation between the two of us ([redacted] and Paul).  Telephone calls were very few as phone texting took place almost all the time.  
Therefore, I ask : How do I get these texts into your office?
