C&N AUTO.CARE Reviews (1)

December 20, 2013 I took my 2007 Nissan Murano to C&N Autocare for them to replace O2 sensors when my check engine light was on. It cost $426.82. 3 weeks later, the check engine light comes back on, and I take it back to them on 01/08/2013. At that point they say it was a bad wiring connection which they claim they fixed. 3 days after that, the light comes back on. I go back to them on 01/11/2013. This time they claimed it had something to do with how the computer was reading on the car, and they had to flash the computer in order to get it to work correctly. It cost $175. I paid that amount, and no less than 24 hours later the check engine light comes back on, and I once again returned back to C&N Autocare. I had to call them to get the appointment set up as they never called me. One thing to note is all my interactions with C&N Autocare was with [redacted] time I went to them, it was the same thing where they claim it was all fixed, but the check engine light comes back on less than 24 hours. The last time I took it to them was in February 2013. After that I decided to take the car to the Nissan dealership in March 2013 since the check engine light was still on.Once the Nissan dealership took a look at the car and the first question was if anyone else has been working on the car because they see evidence of a bunch of wire splicing and joining that should not be. Nissan later indicated that the way the O2 sensors were installed was incorrect. Splicing into the main wiring harness damaged the wiring harness and it had to be replaced. Nissan clearly indicated that whoever worked on the car and installed the O2 sensors is responsible for the damage since they did it all wrong. It cost a total
