I was with them for years This November when I called I was told they were restructuring They could not give me an oil delivery date I had to go elsewhere to get heating oil The next month I called and they denied any restructuring, but could not give me a delivery date I was paying with a check, cash, you'd think they would want an existing customer's business I then called their corporate office in Gray, Me and was told that branch was never restructuring and they would have someone from their company call me back within a day Months later and I have never heard from their Franklin, NH or Gray, ME office

I have been a CN Brown client for many years.

Over the past two heating seasons their service has declined... To the point where I will be told multiple times on multiple days deliveries will arrived and they never show.

I have had to run out for fuel myself on several occasions because of thelse delays, a couple times for over 2 weeks.

The biggest issue for me is no one EVER calls to indicate they will be delayed or have to reschedule, not once.
