Revdex.com:The shop owner failed to contact me when the Item was finished, because he did not properly as a store owner give me a reciept for the 2nd phoneTherefor his policy is invalid towards this situationI believe he intently did this to steal my phoneHad he givin me a receipt he probably would've have had my phone number to let me know when to pick it upi believed I picked it up on the 35th day( please note that not even one call was attempted to notify me as to when the item was fixed) regardless if he refers my phone as a junk phone it was still an Iphone phone that he chose to be dishonest and take advantage of the situation and sell it for over a $No junk cost that muchHis failure as a store owner and methods on servicing the customer with dishonesty and lack of integrity is why we are in this situation right nowAs he ommitted he attempted to charge me full price but discounted when he realize the error on his behalf I wish to be reimburse for the lost, irreplaceable memories that were saved on that phoneOr I will take legal actions I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: Thank you so much for sending us your letter regarding of the complaint from a customerHere's the scenario: Ms [redacted] came to my store with her smartphone for repairI did write a receipt and set up the date to pick up the phoneOn the receipt mentioned the policy of my storeI have no responsibility for any loss of data, video, photos etcthat stored in the phoneAfter days from the pidate, if customer did not pick up his/her device, the device would belong to my storeMs [redacted] left her smartphone more than days after the pidateI thought that she would not be back for her smart phoneTherefore, I displayed it in the glass counterWe talked with Ms [redacted] and made a discount for what we couldI believe that Ms [redacted] did not respect the store's policyMy store is not the storage for the junk itemsWe have not responsibility for the loss of data on the smartphoneWe mentioned about that on the receipt, Let say if she brought her smartphone to [redacted] or [redacted] she would be asked to back up her data on iCloud, or external device before the serviceWhy didn't she do before bringing her smartphone to my store? No junk cost that much. His failure as a store owner and methods on servicing the customer with dishonesty and lack of integrity is why we are in this situation right now. As he ommitted he attempted to charge me full price but discounted when he realize the error on his behalf.  I wish to be reimburse for the lost, irreplaceable memories that were saved on that phone. Or I will take legal actions.
