[redacted]. As a Senior Care Manager for Long Term Care Group, Inc., a third party administrator for CNA, I have been asked to respond.
Ms. [redacted] owns a Long Term Care policy purchased in the state of Delaware. Due to federal privacy laws relating to the disclosure of protected health information (PHI), enacted with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we are unable to disclose any details with your agency regarding Ms. [redacted]'s policy or claim file. However, CNA will respond directly to Ms. [redacted] in writing regarding her concerns.
