I filed a claim on [redacted] Come now, months later I have received very few correspondances from the Claims Representative I have provided the Claims representative with everything she asked forStill the claim has not settledShe has allowed the Principal to much time to hold up this processI am undergoing medical treatment and this event has caused me to neglect some of my treatmentHer Supervisor [redacted] , has not been available to speak with eitherI have left several messages and sent multiple emails NO RESPONSE

I purchased a vehicle from a car dealer that was bonded by CNA Surety

This company is very difficult to deal withIf you are using them to provide a bond for a decadent's estate they will not release you from that bond even when your probate court provides them with an adjudicationSeams they are not flexible enough to accept what the court provides and want all courts to conform to way WANT thingsWhich only ends up costing the consumer more money and might end up affecting your credit rating
