Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I don't believe in their tactics of lying to me or to a major company that is acting on both halvesWhen I tried to adjust my payment arrangements and schedule it wasn't enoughI can't do more than $175/$a month seeing that they keep adding more interest to my account, my account for said vehicle is $9000.00, but if I bought it now it would be less than $5000.00, I can't keep upI want to work with them, but all I get I go somewhere to call them...no phone, right now least of my problemsYes I need my car to sleep in, find a job, and a home/place to stay permanentlyThey keep emailing me sometimes more than once a day, the harassment is making my verifiable medical condition worse Regards, [redacted] ***

Worst company I have EVER bought a car from! If we have an issue they will just keep transferring you till you hang up, plus they decided that they were illegally going to run my husbands card for a payment without his authorizationIt also took them over a month just to send me paperwork to get the pay date change done so it affected my credit yet I was alway paying my payment on time!! We are in so much debt from a truck that there is no way to get out from under it if we wanted too becuase they charged so much so such an old car so we are basically stuck with this company until the rest of my 11,dollar loan is paid

CNAC on Colerain Avenue aka J.D.Byrider are absolute liarsI was told three different things on recorded lines today after trying to work out a repo issueI thought they were taking the car pymt from my account and they hadn't taken it for two monthsI did not receive a letter of notification and then tried to make one of the car pymts today amd maybe put the other at the end of my loan and they told me both car pymts had to be madeBeing a single mother of three children with medical and mental health issues, I could not do thatI called back again after my exboyfriend offered to pay for both pymts and the rude lady on the phone who laughed at me, as a sign of trying to torment me, said they would not take both pymts I would have to pay the car in fullRight because people that come to that company who are already hurting on credit trying to make things right can carry $24,for a car that had computer problems and the computer in the car wasn't able to give a diagnostic of the problem when it was taken up for an oil change less than thirty days after purchase and I was told there were leaks in the power steering and oil leaksThis company is a scam artist and I believe they fix cars to seem right and when you seal that deal in less than days.....your car starts acting up but by then they have youThen try to collect for a car that wasn't worth half what you paid but your credit forces you to turn to companies like these that prey on us

I was used as a reference for a loanI did not receive a call asking about the individual applying for the loan nor did I have any knowledge of being used as a referenceI have been called numerous times by CNAC representatives trying to contact the person to whom the loan was givenI told them I had no contact with the individual and to please not contact me any further in regards to this loanThey said they would put me on a no call list, I am still receiving calls even after calling them multiple times and receiving confirmation that their system says do not call my numberThey said if they look a name up on the internet and a number comes up they will call that number without checking their database to see if it has been called previously, so basically as long as the individual still owes on the loan I could be called

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOur payments come out automatically biweekly and a payment wasn't taken out one week in JanuaryThey took two payments out at the same time without permission and caused an overdraft I already made a complaint about this and they said they'd refund the extra payment It wasn't specified on how the missed payment would be handled, but I assumed it would be added to the end of the contract They never refunded the extra payment

It has been brought to my attention some ironies information was reported to my credit agenciesYou were paid as planned for monthsThese payments equalled over $on a vehicle over priced at $14,These payments only brought my balance down less than $We made an agreement beginning this month as I started my new job my payments would be times the required paymentThis would have begun this Friday
Unfortunately, my vehicle was involved in an accidentYour rule is to contact you firstI did so by email to keep a paper trailYou also stated you wanted to see vehicle first and clearly opted not toI was told by Cheryl, if an accident occurs the key parties are CNAC and my Insurance CompanyYou have refused to call me, email me,or send me a letter of intent
Instead, you made GROSS derogatory marks to my creditI spoke with my attorney today and he told me in light of the wreck, I could try and make a reasonable payment plan or file bankruptcy since your attack to my reporting agencies was clearly out of maliceAs a last resort, he would initiate a class action law suit against CNAC/JDBYRIDER just based on internet complaintsThey more than cover the signature required to investigate on grounds of predatory lending just to name one of several other charges
Your reporting to the bureaus has crippled me more than a BK ever would and at least I would have transportationIt would be my preference to get your “promises” in writing because you are by far the most criminal financial company in the countryYou were asked for pay off when my bank was refinancing and refused to provide balanceYou have always had my bank information for reoccurring paymentsClearly is is your option to retaliate with malice and unethical behavior
I need to know your intent within days and your idea of a solutionIn the meantime, a cease and desist to retrieve my vehicle from body shop has been generated until such a time you've decided how you want to proceedAt moment, my budget will not allow more than $per month ($for payment and remainder to principle only
The response needs to come immediately by a Senior Manager in your company or legal teamIn the event the vehicle is totaled I have full coverage and your coverage should cover balance
Simply,
Sean *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The reasons that I do not accept are :
1) I have yet to speak to JD Byrider, I have not agreed to anything, so that statement is falseI have not had a phone until yesterday November 2ndOne time someone spoke to my husband saying we could pick the car up, but he didn't answer because he wanted to talk to me2) We were treated rudley by CNAC staff when we spent a week calling to correct the situation.
3) Both my husband and myself were humiliated unnecessarily, by our car being repoed and the police yelling at my husband to pay our bills in front of all of our neighbors4) we were told we had to pay around $to get the car back originally, then we got a letter in the mail stating we had to pay over $11,Then we get the call and response from the Revdex.com saying we can come get the car.
5) when the car was taken we were left unable to get to dr's appointments I had schedules, I even broke my finger and had no way to get to the Dr6) When the car was returned it was sent to a JD Byrider over and hour away from us, not the one it was purchased fromAnd I don't believe that we should have to be responsible getting so far away and the gas cost associated with getting there when CNAC/JD Byrider admitted it was an errorCNAC/JD Byrider does not seem to really care about the bind that the car getting repoed imposed on us as a familyNobody even seemed to have any sympathy for the uncalled for situation that they put us inAlso I had contacted CNAC because I told them with a family of I needed a 3rd row suv, the only way that I would go back is if we were allowed to start over in a vehicle that is big enough for my familyOr we are intending on filing a small claim suit for all the money lost that we paid into the car that was wrongfully taken
