We received a complaint from Ms*** on September 15th that was originated on September 8th. She has experienced some frustration with communication about her payment. On September 12th Ms*** was in contact with the branch finance manager *** ***.
Together they were able to put together a clear plan on how to handle the account. After receiving the complaint *** *** the account manager, reached back out to Ms*** to make sure everything was ok. During that conversation she indicated everything had been worked out to her satisfactionMs*** is an excellent customer.
