Wish I would have came here before purchasing a vehicle... The manager Bridgette is the worse and rude as crap. The other agents showed more empathy than she did with me..
Told two different things and now I'm looking to completely rid myself of this vehicle.

I purchase the car through JD a few years ago the people at that facility were very nice but a little pushy. CNAC is the real issue they are horrible rude people. Obviously payment should not be missed but life happens and sometimes you don't have your payment. I had called to make more than half of my payment, that they would not accept because the entire payment was due, which the last couple dollars that I would all would have been paid in two days. The lady began lecturing me on where my money went had told me that my son who is in school for special reasons should be kept home a week or two until we have the money to pay them first. That is outrageous family comes first! I have been asked about my own health problems why we didn't have the money all at once. The paper that JD has you fill out with all the references they didn't tell us at the time but that's the paper that they will call every single person and explain to them that you don't have the money that you're late et c. I have been called many many times a day at work after have asked not to because I am going to get in trouble. This is a very heartless rude company and I would never recommend going through any place that uses them for finances. None of the managers at JD or CNAC would talk to me about it, I had one that completely denied what the lady had talked to me about he said that they would never talk to a customer like that which is clearly a lliJ

I would have to say that this has been by far the absolute worse experience i've ever had as a consumer & I would highly recommend to any consumer that is considering purchasing a vehicle at Jd Byrider and financing through CNAC finance to strongly reconsider. Finance department staff are harassing, rude, and unwilling to discuss payment arrangements if financial hardship arises, demanding balances paid in full, threatening repossession of vehicle hence setting customer up for future failure.

The dealership Jd Byrider is equally as guilty since CNAC finance is on site to approve loans for the vehicles being sold by dealership that are being rigged at time of purchase so they appear in good running condition as well as concealing major mechanical issues that in many cases are so severe it is highly probable there will be total loss of vehicle since consumers are unaware of issues therefore repairs go unattended resulting in complete loss of vehicle or at minimum costing thousands of dollars for repairs for a vehicle that isn't worth salvaging.

Both of the said businesses are targeting consumers that are experiencing financial hardship, or have very poor credit ratings, there to purchase a vehile as a last resort and taking advantage of the circumstances

with the intent to gain financially off high interest rates, excessive price mark ups for vehicles that are of very poor quality, in poor running condition and or withholding truth about major mechanical problems resulting in costly repairs and by doing so violating consumers rights and performing fradulent business transactions.

There is 1 of 2 outcomes as a result of purchase in most cases: Consumers that have the means to afford high costs of repairs and maintain high monthly payments until end of loan result in business profits of 10,000 or greater than what vehicle is worth. Those whom do not have the financial means to afford costly repairs and maintain high monthly payments most times resulting past due balances, inability to bring account current, reposession, possible resale of seized vehicle and final outcome resulting in fradulent financial gain by business.

Based on personal experience, research poor company reviews and first hand information given by an individual whom was employed on dealership side for several years, I have concluded all information is factual as well as most cases result in outcomes described above.

There needs to be accountability for this since such practices are clearly not acceptable, unethical, but most of all violating many consumer rights and will continue if we as consumers do not speak up in effort to prevent future misdoings as well as those currently having experience the right and opportunity to stop the same disastrous results so many others have experienced before.

+1

I'm currently with CNAC now and I only paid a day late with one of my payments yesterday has been the second time the first time they took the insurance out so it knocked my balance down a few dollars so I went ahead and withdraw all the money and took it to jdbyrider the next day because of my health issue and the dialysis I do by the time I would have gotten off dialysis jdbyrider was closed. Yesterday I'm late because I have switched jobs and positions so I have another week before I get my first check. So I went into the manager office and he told me that I could pay the loan at 6 or 7 since CNAC closes At five. As usual they were closed and there wasn't even an automatic option to pay the bill like most car companies have. So now today is Sunday and Monday I'm just praying and hoping that they won't repoe the car, I had someone willing to pay and since they leave in another state than from where I live they are a hour behind me as I explained to the rep she then gotten smart with me saying well why would you get the car if you knew you couldn't afford it I never said I couldn't make the payment second I clearly said there was a change of Career. Once I advised her and explained all of my issues again after three times she transferred me. Yes I understand they want in time payments but life happens also and if they can't find a way to work with customers who are really paying and not trying to hide the vehicle Dom them and doing everything they can to make payments then they need to fix their attitude and how they are coming off to customers. Far as the people who haven't made payments or vehicles that have been repoed they still deserve the same treatment, we all needed a good reliable affordable car without any of us even thinking of going to there rather than choosing a different car lot they need to appreciate that and show a lot more respect. Now my auntie will be making the payment on Monday morning even after the fact we were advised it could be paid after they closed and that clearly didn't even happen, so now I'm trying to pay and since I couldn't Friday or Saturday I clearly don't have a choice but to wait until Monday morning.

I don't even know where to start. The reps are rude. The program is supposed to be designed to assist those who maybe denied a normal car loan. They charge three times what the car is worth. No one assist when you ask for help they rather wait until you're way past due and then repossess the vehicle. Best advice try your luck elsewhere prior to falling for cnac

CNAC is not professional at ALL. They call on due date you become due. Also calls your work phone and leaves more than just a name and phone number. They leave information on how they missed your payment on such date and you need to contact them ASAP or go in to pay ( all of that info is left on an actual work line ext). They have ran my credit card twice multiple times on due date even though I had already paid over the phone with a CNAC Rep a few days early of my due date. Not to mention my credit card was never placed on AUTO Draft. Even was confirmed by other reps that it was not authorized for auto draft when I called to complain. And sadly it a Manager that was running my card double not paying attention to her job to notice that my account was paid early. Then they act like they are doing the customer a favor by crediting the money back to the card. They have bad turn over on employees also. I've had 3 account reps and I've only been with them going on 2yrs. They do not train there employees well on collection laws and need better training.

At first, CNAC was very friendly and provided top notch customer service. Unfortunately, as with most finance companies, their tone changes and start threatening you personally and your family when you're late with one payment. I will never go back to JD Byrider/CNAC to get another vehicle. I would issue a warning to be very wary of this company and their unethical tactics. I will have my attorney filing a class action suit against CNAC.
