This issue is NOT resolved. I have NOT
received either a replacement camera or a refund from this company. The only thing I have received is DISRESPECT from your organization by closing an unresolved issue. Laziness and arrogance is destroying the American work ethic and what you have done is a prime example of both. You need to REOPEN this issue until it is resolved. The CNB company had done NOTHING to resolve this issue except LIE to you about what they are going to do. They DID NOT send a replacement camera. They DID NOT send a refund. They still have my MONEY and CAMERA and are doing nothing to replace either.If necessary I will REFILE this complaint through your internet system.Do not CLOSE this issue until it is resolved. Do your job as an American.
First of all, we are sorry that this has occurred.We did call you guys several times, and left a voice mail for a call back, and we even sent emails, with apologies of why this has happened, saying that we would send the replacement camera right away.But we have not received a call back or a reply from you, but we did send the replacement camera right away, and it shows that it has arrived at your office as of October 19th.Please let us know after you have received this.***Hopefully this will close this case
