CNC Contracting

Review: [redacted] and CNC Contracting, LLC refuse to refund us for work that was not completed or started.Early this year, my business partner and I purchased an investment property in New Castle, PA. The property required repairs to make it habitable and meet the local home inspection requirements. Our Project Manager ([redacted]) recommended that we use Carl K[redacted] and CNC Contracting, LLC as our General Contractor to make the required repairs. CNC Contracting, LLC provided estimates. The two-month project turned into six months and the original renovation cost of $10,000 turned into $13,000. After six months [redacted] told us the work was completed, the house was move in ready, and requested final payment. After CNC Contracting, LLC received final payment, Colleen stopped communicating with us. And during the home inspection we found that the work on the house was not completed. Cement work was not done, bathroom was only partially repaired. Windows, doors and smoke detectors were never purchased and installed, etc.Desired Settlement: To settle this complaint, I would like a 60% refund of money paid to CNC Contracting, LLC. If we receive a refund, we will not file a lawsuit and we will cancel our complaint with the Revdex.com.
