I am rejecting this response because: contractor broke window and has not replaced it and is interfering with the insurance claim.  The replacement of wood around Windows was done without authorization, but was paid upon an agreement between us.  We have resolved every aspect of the complaint except we still have a broken window.  CNC wanted us to buy a replacement window so he can put it in.  We shouldn't have to do that. This has already been enough hassle we just want the window fixed by a professional that does not ask us to pay up front.  When the broken window is replaced we will resolve the complaint.
