Hi,My name is *** ** Previous owner of Sign ImpressionI have closed my businessI would like to say that *** *** and *** have been very unprofessional.I sold them a machineThey were to install.The machine did not include a filter system,they said they would purchase one and installThey
did not get a building permit as I had told them was neededThey are trying to exhaust raw toxic gasses to the outside without a filter system, I have told them this is illegal.The machine came with instructions on how to install, The air supply is undersizedI have told them this and they did not fix the problem.They did not following the instructions that a filter system MUST be installed and a dryerNo permit was obtained and I told them this must be doneThey are in violation of many laws in the state of CaliforniaI will let the athorities in California look at their installation and see if they did it correctlyThey will now try to remove everything so that you can not see what I say is the truthEverything is illegal and unsafeThe machine is on a platform that has no permit or stairs, a wood platform that can catch on fire, I told them this not bonded was not safe and would not work for this machineTHEY WILL NOW TRY TO REMOVE EVERYTHING/ THEY NEVER TRIED TO INSTALL IT AS I TRIED TO TELL THEM TO, OR DID THEY HIRE A PROFESSIONAL, OR GET PERMITS THAT I TOLD THEM THEY MUST HAVEIF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THIS THEY WOULD HAVE HAD SOMEONE INSTALL IT CORRECTLY AND THE MACHINE WOULD HAVE WORKED PROPERLYTHIS WAS FOR A MACHINE ONLYNOT INSTALLED.I HAVE NOTIFIED THE LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT ABOUT, AIR QUALITY CONTROL, AND FIRE DEPARTMENT ABOUT ALL OF THESE ISSUESTHEY PURCHASED A MACHINE ONLYEVERYTHING THEY DID PRIOR AND AFTER IS WHAT THEY TRIED TO DO WITHOUT PERMITS AND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT IT WAS ILLEGALAIR QUALITY IS A BIG ISSUE, THE MACHINE ONLY HAS THE VENT, NOT THE FILTER SYSTEMLETS SEE WHAT THE STATE SAYS ABOUT THEIR INSTALLATION. *** **

They claim they just sold us the machine and we were to install*** *** *** here at our shop the entire time helping with the install and set up as you can see in the videosThey also hired a tech from *** *** the company they are now selling their plasma cutters toThis is the new company that they are using now *** I guaranty they will remove this web site after they read this They state that the machine did not have a filter systemon the invoice line item #down draft exhaust fanThis is the system that a filter is supposed to hook up toThis is the system we paid extra for that does not workHow can we hook a filter up to something that does not work? We were told that the down draft system was no good from day one and we needed to build a hood vent over the top of the machineYou can see the hood vent in the video. They state that our air supply is under sizedPlease see attached we have way more than the required air supply.The rest of their response is completely falseWe have a stand alone structure that is built to code with stairs (see attached)As far as venting toxic gasses into the air we can not even use the machine because IT DOES NOT WORKHow can we push toxic gasses out of a machine that we can not use?? Yes, we have done multiple testings trying to get the machine to work but that is itWe are subbing all our cutting out to a company that has a real machine that cuts perfectly so we can continue business. All we want is for the machine we paid for to work properlyI feel so bad for anyone else that they have also robbed and I don't want this to continue to happen to other small businessesNow that we know that they are still in business, and just operating with a different name *** hopefully we can get this fixed or a new machine that actually works.Please see attached emails with some of the main issues (ARC HIGHT CONTROLE) with the machineTher is even a picture with a software malfunction warning.
