This customer acknowledges payments were paid late so CNH Industrial Capital fails to see the basis for any dispute.  The customer did not request any accommodation prior to late payment.  While CNH Industrial Capital sympathizes with the challenges faced by customers the Company...

is obligated to provide accurate credit information on all customers.  Therefore, CNH Industrial Capital is unable to comply with the customer's request that we alter the factual information being reported.  CNH Industrial Capital encourages customers to contact us prior to their due-date if timely payment is not possible.  CNH Industrial Capital attempts to reach a mutually agreeable repayment schedule prior to the account becoming delinquent.
