the work may have taken longer than the customer would have liked, we were in fact working with a warranty company and had no control over their approval processor timelinesWe do know that at this time this item has been closed for nearly a yearWe sincerely apologize for the delay in responding, our company suffered a tragic loss at that time and the Revdex.com issues were being directed to the deceasedWe have recently made corrections to our office and the status of our Revdex.com account and we hope to regain our positive status as soon as possible.Thank you.CNN Refrigeration

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company for heating / furnace problem First tech came to house and stated problem was valve, had to order part After not hearing from company for over a week, I called and left message Never received call back After several more attempts, contacted "customer service" who scheduled a tech to come back This tech stated furnace did not have a valve problem, that he also was given the wrong valve anyways The second tech made adjustments and said the problem would probably still go on that he would have to *** the issue....REALLY???? My furnace would still not turn on the following day I called customer service on a Thursday and was told the same tech would be back on Friday(1/16/15) between 8- Took off work and no one showed at all, no phone call either I called on following Monday and told tech would be out at 10am on Wednesday (1/21/15) When this tech didn't show at I called customer service at 11am The tech called and said he couldn't come out until that evening He never showed and called at 8pm to say he would be out Thursday (1/22/15)between 4- He again never showed and I never received a phone call from him or the company I called my home warranty company because after dealing with this company for weeks I still have the same problem with my furnace Luckily I was assigned a new company No wonder this company has an A You deal with your home warranty company and not the Revdex.com to resolve issues

CNN refrigeration was contacted by first American home buyers warranty to fix the AC in our homeIt's been weeks now and our air condition unit is still not working and not fixedEverytime I give a call, they will put you on hold about mins and when they answer it they will ask for your number and will tell you that they will give you a call backThe next day or two, still no callYou call them back and it's always the same scenarioThey will give you a lot of excuses but won't give you an honest answer I am so disappointed at this company

I had CNN sent by my warranty company. I was not expecting great things due to their bad reviews and the fact that this was the fourth company sent out! Let's just say my warranty WILL NOT be renewed again. Anyway, at first call I got the answering machine and thought - here we go again. I did get a call the next morning (my claim was placed after 7 pm) scheduling me for the same day. What? Then, in about 3 hours, I got a call saying they were on the way - actually within the window promised. A guy showed up that really knew what he was doing and fixed an item that has been causing us trouble for almost two months. I just wanted to put my comments in for a company that took care of us and it seems very few people have ever had anything good to say about. Once our warranty has ended - we will be calling CNN directly for our service.

About three-four weeks ago (yes 3-4 weeks), our A/C unit went down. My home warranty company contracted CNN to send a "technician" out to diagnose the problem. CNN’s “technician” did not possess the skill to properly diagnosis or repair the issue(s) so he had to "send someone else out that could fix it." His lack of experience/skill was further shown by the fact he left the side panel to the A/C unit, which he had removed, on the ground and lost the screws. I have small children and did not appreciate their exposure to the motor and wiring (live or not). Before leaving, the "technician" indicated he would immediately call the office to contact me to make another appointment.
After not hearing from the office that day or the next, I called CNN’s office to schedule the service time. The office had no idea who I was or that a technician had even come out to my property. I actually had to describe the appearance of the technician so the office staff could contact him for information. I was told they would get to the bottom of it and immediately call me back. Two days later, I had not heard from CNN so I called again. Again, they had no idea who I was or the problem with my A/C unit.
Another day or two went by and finally a new technician was scheduled to fix the unit. He was scheduled for the late afternoon but did not arrive until about 7:30pm (Foolishly, I wasted my own time waiting for CNN to arrive on time). Actually, the new technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and apologetic. I suspect the scheduling issues has nothing to do with him and everything to do with CNN's incompetent office staff. In any event, he stated he ordered the new parts for the A/C unit and would have his office schedule to install the parts. After not hearing from CNN, I again called to schedule an appointment. The time block for the appointment was 1-4:00. Surprise, surprise, CNN never showed!
The next day (Day 31 after the initial claim was made), no call from CNN. I left two messages, still no call from CNN. I then contacted the warranty company and demanded that they get CNN on the line. CNN had no explanation for the missed appointment and admitted it did not order the parts. CNN told the warranty company it would order the parts and schedule a service time.
(Day 33) Two days later, and surprise-surprise, CNN never called. We call the warranty company again who indicated the owner was not yet in the office (it was 10:30am) but CNN promised to call within the hour. 4 hours later and still no call. We are now forced to start the process all over again with another A/C contractor.
CNN is a disaster. As a business owner, I am embarrassed for this garbage company. It needs conduct some serious restructuring and purchase management or scheduling software. I truly understand that true customer service is a thing of the past but CNN has taken bad customer service to an entirely different level.

CNN Refrigeration did complete the work at the property for Mr. [redacted] located at [redacted].  We first received his work order through his home warranty company on July 4th, 2015, the busiest weekend of the year for air conditioning companies.  We scheduled an...

appointment and went to the property, changed out the condenser fan motor and diagnosed the need for a compressor.  Due to this being a home warranty claim, there is a process for submitting and receiving authorization for any work to be completed.  We provided full documentation as well as photographs to the warranty company demonstrating that the vent exiting the home for the clothes dryer terminates within inches of the air conditioning unit, resulting in excessive lint entering the system causing a history of failure of the unit.  We recommended to the warranty company that they require a thorough cleaning in addition to moving the vent to another location.  Once authorization was granted, we scheduled an appointment for repair.  For several days, we had trouble coordinating with the tenant, even arriving on two occasions for a scheduled appointment only to have no one available to grant access to the property.  The job has now been completed and the unit is fully operational.  We are very disappointed that Mr. [redacted] felt he had such a bad experience, and we will make every effort to address his concerns going forward with not only him but in our process of handling future customers.

My wife and I worked with CNN Refrigeration after they were referred to us by our Home Warranty Company 2-10 on August 1, 2016. The technician came out the following day after we put the work order request in with the home warranty company. CNN Refrigeration diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor and in his words would "upload the info from his truck immediately to 2-10 so they could get going on fixing our A/C unit." Five days later he still hadn't given the required info to our home warranty company even though according to 2-10, the contractor is required to get that info over to them within 24 hours. After calling almost every day for two weeks, CNN Refrigeration finally tells us the unit was old and they couldn't read the serial number so they couldn't find a comparable compressor. Then, after calling every day for another week it turns out they were able to find the part and told us last Wednesday, August 31, 2016 that they would be out on Friday, September 2 between 10am and 2pm. We waited all day and they never showed up and never called. I called, but only received a voice mail. Since tomorrow is a holiday (Labor Day) we probably won't even hear back from them after we call them on Tuesday. Meanwhile, it's well over 100 degrees inside the house as we live in Phoenix, AZ. I would never work with CNN Refrigeration in the future and would advise anyone else to give their business elsewhere.

It took them 1 week to call me to book an appointment. They did not show up to the appointment they scheduled, it took another week to get a technician out. They dismantled the AC unit then left to order parts. They forgot to order the parts. It took another week for them to come out and said they fixed it. I had no heat for exactly a month and I was told by the technician that they don't make much money from Home warranty clients so we are put behind all other paying clients. The women in the office did not care if the heating was fixed or not they said they would take my message again and get someone to call back. No one ever calls back!!! DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
