Terrance indicated the offer is by no way misleading. The winner of the appetizers can take up to 75 people depending on the venue and each guest is served one appetizer. In this case the consumer has 20 guest and they each...

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The overview provided by the business is wrong. They never explained to me in the initial phone call exactly how they broke down the prize amount based on guest count. If they would have done that in the first place, I would have opted to go in another direction. However, as stated in my original complaint, I was told that the prize was worth up to $750.00, not that the prize amount would be determined upon the number of guests I have with me. The text message I have from the company stating that I won this specific prize DOES NOT depict what my guest size should be in order to redeem my prize. It says that I entered a contest and won $750.00 worth of free appetizers. During the phone call I had with Small Bites, I was not told what my guest size should be, in fact, it was Terrance who said 20 guests. So not only was this misleading during the first contact with the company, I was NEVER told that the prize I won was based on guest size. Terrance also left me a voicemail the day after I claimed my "prize" saying that he didn't understand how I was confused regarding this whole situation, and then and only then was when he broke down the prize amount per guest size. He also went on to say that he sent me 7 or 8 emails regarding this. He sent one, and it states this: Thank you for scheduling your FREE Appetizer Party with Small Bites. The Chef and staff look forward to serving you and your guest. It is very important that upon your arrival you check in with the staff by showing them your confirmation sheet attached.  Remember to alert your waiter when you are ready for them to prepare your FREE Chef Designed Appetizers. The waiter will count your guest and the chef will prepare appetizers base on the number of people that are present. The FREE appetizers are brought to the  table all at once So please make sure that all of your guests have arrived before you place your order. (The FREE appetizers are only brought to the table once and only for the guest that are present). No where in that email states the prize value, of which Terrance spoke of. The confirmation sheet is attached, and no where in the confirmation sheet does it list the prize value. So in what way is this not misleading? The only thing I had to go on is word of mouth, which was in two phone calls, and a single text message, which is also attached. Thank you again for looking into this matter.
