Review: I called CNR Refrigeration on Sept * 2013 because a reefer trailer I was loading in [redacted] was leaking Freon. The [redacted] said he had a tech two miles from my location working on another job and he would send the tech over to look at my trailer asap. The tech gave me a quote of $180.00 plus the cost of the Freon, which was $250.00. I authorized the repair. I received an invoice from CNR in the amount of $826.00. They added a service charge of $540.00. I called the [redacted]) to complain about the invoice and he now claims they have a call out fee on all after hours service calls.
I was not notified or informed about the 3 hour minimum. I based my decision to have the unit recharged with Freon based on the ballpark rate the tech gave me.Desired Settlement: $180.00 refund. I am willing to meet them halfway.
