I had this system installed the first week of November and I have problems with my new cameras which of them are foggy at night time and the very messy wiring job done going into the dvr and other units is like spaghetti. Also not being able to see my cameras on my phone told me over months ago he would fix the problems but never shows upand now for weeks I've been trying to phone and he doesn't answer the phone or return my messages also one of his workers scratched my car in my garage which he said he would fix

Thank you for this review, it is unfortunate that your expectations were not met. Our agreement was to simply connect the DVR and cameras to the existing wiring provided by another alarm company.
We discussed that the reason why you were not able to view the camera on your phone was because of your internet connection.
The unintentional scratch on your car has been fully fixed by ICBC by me providing my information so you can claim against my insurance.
