At this time, I have been contacted
directly by CNS Heating and Cooling regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They are trying to say I owe them money for services, which is a lieI paid them $in cash which they are not reflecting on the invoice (attached)They never fixed my heating system - I had to have two people come in after them- one to fix their work and another EXPERT to fix the boiler.They are trying to fraud me and they have been reported as Renegade Rennovators with *** Consumer Affairs.They have been harassing me and saying they will sue me for slander if my reviews are not taking off the webI felt bullied when I paid them, and I feel bullied nowThey originall quoted the work at $300, and now Ive paid $and they are telling me I still owe $- NOT TRUEThey fixed nothing.I am very saddened by this experince, as I am a first time home owner, and I never delt with anything like thisTheir business should be closed!

Review: The vendor can to my home to fix a boiler, only changing a water feeder, which I knew was old (not broken). I have a plumbers documentation of that.When he quoted me the day before, he say he was fixing the boiler ignition, and that it was $300, including install fees. He came the next day with this feeder, which I told him I knew wasnt the issue, but he insisted it was. My boiler STILL didnt work after he installed it. That night there was water leaking from his part all over my floor. I told him and he said hed come back and look, and the next day he said that was normal, but he will "cap it." My plumber said this was not normal.Then he said he didnt know how to set the limits in the boiler, and he didnt know what was wrong, so I suggested he call technical spport for the boiler since he cannot "not know." He ended up charging me $600 for a quoted job of $300, plus his "diagnostic fees". I called his company asking for my receipt, which she finally gave me 2 weeks after calling to ask for it. The receipt says I only paid the company $400, when I paid $200 in cash, and $400 in check. I did not want a receipt of how much I own, but a receipt as proof to report them with. Now they are saying I owe them money.The [redacted] called me "crazy," when I told her I paid the $200 cash and that her invoice is incorrect. She also said I "need help." This is not quality customer service, and it is not the way to handle a customer complaint.They have since said they were going to "look into my cash payment and get back to me." Today I contacted [redacted] consumer affairs, and they told me this vendor has several complaints of fraud and lawsuits pending.This business needs to have removal from [redacted] and removal as a service provider until these issues are resolved. He is not a competent boiler repair person, and should not be selling services he cannot deliver. I had to pay additional service men to come fix the boiler - one to fix his part and iPlease help, I had to get an expert.Desired Settlement: Partial refund of $200Plus damages water on my garage and my time lost
