Complaints, disputes and responses need to be directed to CCB and proper forum. Contractor is to be notified in writing prior to commencement of any action and given the opportunity and notice of right to cureClient was given all necessary paperwork, forms and information regarding
complaints and disputesContractor never received any such notice as required by law or any paperwork from CCB regarding a disputeClient received many additional services not part of the contract he wasn’t charged for. CNW even helped load-move- unload owner’s personal belongings to storage units, a service totally unheard of in this industryClient move into the home ahead of schedule during construction ignoring CNW ‘s advice not to, causing delays, slowing project, slowing other trades work (ex : mud, tape , texture and painting of sheetrock)Subcontractors provide bids based on time materials etcwhen the estimated time is exceeded there is an extra costCNW costs increase when subcontractors submit billings for those overages or if work performed-materials are damaged or marred due to home occupancyClient also neglected to mention he has unpaid balance owing for authorized work orders and on original contractClient also neglected to mention a list of items that CNW and client compiled and agreed would be completed was made. The list was approximately 97% complete when Client denied CNW access to finish last item on list, booted CNW off property keeping and preventing CNW from obtaining tools and equipment necessary to complete all projects taken on by the companyClient received additional work N/C, Client short paid CNW, Client has CNW propertyClient has in no way shape or form received the short end of the stickCNW, asks that Client provide a date & time that is acceptable for the return of CNW property, being the equipment and tools still in clients possessionCNW gives clients their Best Wishes and hopes all is well in this New YearFile Closed
