Perimeter drains he installed do not drain and flooded basement. His answer was put in a sump pump, which we did and the pump runs constantly. We asked where the inside perimeter leaves the basement and he said he has pictures but has never sent them and is no longer responding to us. This started December 11, 2019. We finally hired someone else to dig it up and we are finding the drains are not installed properly.
This excavating company also sells used snowmobiles on the side from there business/parking lot..he has multiple/many sleds for sale from his business The owner is Mike ***. He sold me a snowmobile for $3000.00 which I paid cash for. When I paid for it, he did not have the registration handy so he said he would text me later in the day and then I could pick it up later. He never texted me and since then, I was advised he would make the registration available to me on 3 separate occasion. I showed up all three times at his place of business and he still did not have the registration. I bought and paid for the sled on 12/2/17 and since that time have received nothing but a hard time, disparaging texts and no registration. This snowmobile is worthless to me without the registration and as a business owner selling snowmobiles on the side, from his office/parking lot for his excavating company is totally unacceptable.
The consumer has stated he bought a snowmobile from my buisness which he didnt. It was false information. He bought a snowmobile of a employee here at cny which has nothing to do me or my company. My employee gave him the registration when he got it. The consumer had picked up the paperwork from my location.
