The warranty issue is a clerical issue on our endI told her to bring the vehicle to me, we will get it fixed and reinspected to get the warranty instatedShe attempted to text me, which I do not readily see, and I asked her to call and set the appointmentShe can call *** *** so
we can get this straightened away for her

We will provide the fog lamp like was agreed upon, and she can get it installedWe will not pay to have it installed. She needs to realize, a vehicle with 135,miles at the time of purchase does not carry any warranty, I was trying to help her out(• If your used car has more than 18,
miles and up to and including 36,miles, a warranty must be provided for at least days or 4,miles, whichever comes first. • If your used car has more than 36,miles but less than 80,miles, a warranty must be provided for at least days or 3,miles, whichever comes first. • If your used car has 80,miles or more but no more than 100,miles, a warranty must be provided for least days or 1,miles, whichever comes firstCars with over 100,000 miles are not covered.) I also ask she stop the harassment, or I will have to have the police involved again

Phone response - There was no chip in the windshield on test drive or inspection, then after delivery one appearsThere is nothing wrong with the CD player, he is just trying to get moneyI paid him $for the key, actual cost, and he signed a paper stating I owed him nothing elseThe brakes
were over 50% at inspectionThe plates, his old ones were not renewable, he could have paid $at DMV to renew, or $for new platesHe chose new platesI have spoken to attorney generals office, they state I have done nothing wrongAs a good faith gesture, I sent him $100, and that is it

His complaint is at least 50% fabricatedPurchased a vehicle with 130,miles on it, no state warrantyMy mechanic was working on it, took some time, he ended up taking the vehicle to Mavis , had bearings changed , then presented me the bill demanding me to pay itI will not pay for something
that was done at another facility, when my mechanic could have done the workHe was not patient enough for us to find the exact cause of the issue

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards,[redacted]I stand by my original list of complaints.  The CD player did not and does not work.  The windshield was cracked the day I picked the car up.  I had just renewed my license plates and wanted to transfer them to the new car, not buy new ones.  I talked to [redacted], Assistant Attorney General at the NYS Office of the Attorney General about the air bag recall that I wasn't told about and she was very concerned about it and asked me to file an official complaint.  And I've yet to receive the $100 check.
