establishment by *** *** with an engine no start problem on 7/13/2015.2) *** *** stated that the machine was purchased from Walmart, Oswego location on 9/06/** *** stated that the machine was still under manufacturer warranty.3) We as a warranty service center do not determine what is or is not warrantyOur job is to provide the manufacturer with the proper information so they may determine what they are or are not going to coverIn this case, the manufacturer would be *** * ***.4) Our job as a service center is to validate that warranty was in good standing for the repair and proceed with the repair to assure the unit is returned to the customer in good operating condition.5) *** *** was contacted that his machine was repaired and there was a small charge that the manufacturer would not cover. He immediately was very upset giving our employee a hard time over the phone, stating the fact that this was a warranty matter and everything should be coveredThe items underlined on the attached Invoice were covered under the manufacturer's warrantyThe manufacturer will not cover maintenance on a repair, such as, air filter, fuel filter, and servicing the fuel systemThese ate the items that were replaced by our service center in order to put the machine in good running order.I am deeply upset and concerned with *** ***'s reference/comments of defamation to me personally and my CompanyFor the record, ** *** mentioned a company bye the name of *** in his commentsThis company was not even involved in his Issues as to I dealt with *** *** to resolve his engine problems, as you can see by the invoice, *** *** was charged $63.99, not $as he stated.I have been in business for Over years and have built an excellent customer service relationship with the community and all my suppliers/vendors based on trust and loyalty.In conclusion, *** *** is not entitled to any refund.
