RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is true that rent has not been paid because of the multitude of repairs that are not only needed for my apartment but also other apartments and the building itself. The complaints that have been made against this business is with the Code Enforcement. An inspector who looked at my apartment spoke about outstanding repairs needed in other buildings. Due to the lack of repair the maintenance men have repeatedly found homeless people living in an apartment that has a broken window. The repairs that were finally made after this particular complaint were completed for my own apartment except for the front door. The repairs they made were very easy. A leaking garbage disposal was removed and straight plumbing were put in and new door knobs were put on the internal doors. The solution the repairmen came up with for my front door were adhesive weather strips that ended up making it difficult to lock my door. Then they started to come off because they were no better than stickers. The problems that are the most major that are being ignored are my front door and the door to the building. The door to the building works well enough for it not to be an issue with Code Enforcement but not well enough for the people who live in the building to lock the door without it jamming. Therefore many people do not lock the doors because they would not be able to get back in. That leaves it open for the people in the neighborhood and other homeless to come and sleep in our building at night and smoke illegal drugs. All the time my apartment and the apartment of the neighbors smell like spike because of the people who do not live here smoking in the hallways. I am home every day and watch pretty closely what the maintenance man does and does not do. Prompt service has only come because of the multiple complaints I have been able to make with different companies. When the apartment I live in is secure enough to not have the neighborhood smoking in the halls then we will most definitely continue a payment arrangement. The arrangements made before were based on the repairs that were not made more than financial difficulty. An eviction would not stop the complaints that will come from these buildings because I have been educating and speaking with other people in the building. They are just as sick of the lack of care for their building as I am. Regards, [redacted] ***

We at CNY Property Management strive to keep our owners happyAt this time, Edward Jenkins is paid up in full and is up to dateAs the bank held his one deposit, he was unable to view the fundsBoth checks have been deposited and his checks are now being mailed to avoid the bank issuesWe are still managing his property and working hand in hand with him

January 15th, CNY Property Management has an AAA rating and has never had a complaintWe find this complaint ludicrousWe are at the property every other day if not every day cleaning the buildings and hallwaysWe have fixed both of these items in the past and will continue to do soAs soon as we received this complaint, we dispatched a maintenance worker and completed the workOnce the work was complete, we asked the tenant to sign off on the work orderEnclosed please find a copy of the work order related to the complaintWe believe this tenants complains stems from her not paying her rentWe have made many attempts to set up a payment arrangement through emailsShe has failed to follow through on her arrangement and at this time we are proceeding with eviction
