We've received the complaint assigned with the ID of ***The customer stated the starter was installed in correctly however this is a statementThe owner who personally installed the starter has been installing at many local stores for yearsThe customer was upset because of the
fact that he never paid for the trunk option and expected us to do the service for free, which is a $charge due to the fact that it requires an additional part The customer's total price was $after taxHe paid $nonrefundable deposit on 12-8-The breakdown is as follows: $for the starter, $for keylessentry, $for the security module and $for taxI've attached a picture of our display, located in our office for customers to seeWe explained to the customer that the service was extraAfter the customer was told the service was additional, he told me that because I wasn't going to give him a service for free and lose money, he was going to call his credit card company and tell them there was a fraudulent charge on his accountRaymond was told that if he does call and say it's a fraudulent charge,that he is on camera both on the credit card machine and in the officeThat is considered a Felony and we would press chargesWe could have not told him that and just let him go to jailAfter later watching video surveillance, before he got in his car he check to see if the trunk option workedInstead of coming inside inquiring the customer called minutes later saying he was trying his trunk button and it did not workIf the vehicle didn't require an additional part for the trunk we would have just hooked it up for himIf he would like to pay for the $service we would be willing to hook it up for himBecause of the fact that he was trying to get a service for free and tried to say he was never told anything about the trunk option, we will not be refunding this customer and will not write a letter of apology.Regards,Mariano * *** ** *Owner CNY Starts

That owner is a *** and a liarIn his response he failed to reference how in my immediate phone call once I realized that the starter did not work properly he called me a piece of ***, a liar, a *** *** and threatened meThen he also failed to reference how he attempted to scare me by saying that the call was being recordedWhen I called his bluff and explained that I wanted the call to be recorded, thats when he began his vulgarity and I responded by saying I know he couldnt be recording because if he was he had to be a mn to say such filthy things on the recordingRegardless, I have faith in his company and not only will not pay anything else to have his faulty business practices done again, will make sure I encourage all consumers to avoid people who would handle things in such an unprofessional wayI also gladly will hope that he attempts to press charges because I know that my report to my credit card company is not because if I paid for a button car starter and buttons do not work, then I know I can prove that I'm not lyingAlso, have the Owner show the copy of the receipt which shows that break down of the pricing that he so eloquently wrote in his replyBecause I have my receipt and I can GUARANTEE that breakdown is not on itI don't respect him, I don't trust him, and I wouldnt allow him to touch my car again even if it was FREEGood luck with your charges I guess I will see you in court! He is a shady business ownerAnd what I find very convenient is there is no mention of his assistant and her phone call to me after I had listened to the Owner berate meShe is the one who told me on the phone that the trunk button is an extra charge after I had paid and leftThere was no mention whatsoever of any additional charges even when I first inquired about the cost and process on 12/when I had put down the dollar depositIf the owner wants to spend time and money going to court I'm ok with itThere are principles that people cannot and should not treat people the way he treated meIts not the 1800sEveryone deserves to be able to make a complaint without being racially ridiculed or threatened
