I am rejecting this response because: Hector left the job unfinished. He said he would take the "polish" off the counters and left my house. I was forced to remove my countertops to get my life back together. They were unusable for almost a week before he returned to finish the deck and proceeded to leave. I was home waiting for him to come inside after he finished the deck. That's when I texted him. He NEVER offered to come back. I have another worker who was at my house when the sanding was happening that will be an eye witness to the MASSIVE amount of dust that was in the air. You said it was dustless...A LIE! And then the lies keep coming. Hector did not make ANY samples for us. They were already made and pretty beat up, as he recognized in a conversation. He did not offer to remove the counters and refinish them because they would break, his words, not mine. More LIES. I have multiple witnesses to the interactions between Hector and myself including the F* bombs that I threw at him for being the most unprofessional person I've ever come in contact with and a complete liar. I was patient and decent to him considering the circumstances. Disgusting way to do businessI have proof he buffed up the side of my refrigerator, left dust all over my newly finished hardwood floors and left my countertops peeling with chemicals so they weren't usable. $is being generous considering I have not been able to cook or use my kitchen for two weeks now.
