To whom it may concern, We have been dealing with this customer for months now requesting payment, we have provided the dates her final invoices were sent (attached) along with all emails between us and the customerAfter we provided all information to her, she delayed the process by
requesting a third party inspector to inspect her home, she claimed if the inspection was passed final payment would be issuedI allowed a week window, after months of delay, but made sure to tell her we would file a lien if no payment was received after the week windowI emailed her after the week window, updating her that a lien would be filed if no payment was issued, in which she responded with ""I have contacted law enforcement officials and we are no longer accepting communications from Elite Exteriors"" We are filing a lien against this customer as we speak, we have been more than patient with her requests and her clear avoidance of paymentShe requested us send information, material receipts, and our vendors invoicesin which I repeatably explained our company policy states if we arent doing the job on material and labor charge, we are not obligated to disclose our expenses with customersit is more than clear this customer is delaying the process by any means necessary.All city inspections have passed on all work we have doneShe never hired a third party inspector as she claimed she would. Prime & paint fascia : 51.5227. R&R light fixture : 94.4528. R&R clothes dryer vent 136.8629. Storm door assembly : 238.8930. Central air – Condenser : 192.2131.-33.  Storage shed : 2505.86 34.-36. Contents – 521.9938.-40. Labor minimums – 423.81The power attic vent was not completely replaced, Full replacement was supplemented to insurance company. Insurance company denied the supplements. Only allowed for replacement of vent cover only. ))We have received no paperwork regarding inspection(s) from a third party.

I am rejecting this response because: the invoice they provided (which they only emailed this version to us on 12/2/17) still includes work that was never done on our house. We do not have to pay for work that was never completed. There is still also the matter of the fraudulent activity of Elite Exteriors. As items listed in our contract were not completed on or roof and they are attempted to charge us for them as well as above the insurance allowance, which is also in our contract, we have contacted law enforcement and they are actively invedsigating.
