There is an expiration date for each program our clients sign up for. Our client could not sign up for the specific dates because the classes expired before the dates selected. The system is not flawed it just will not allow clients to sign up for classes passed an expiration date. We spoke to...

the client and told them to sign up for a new program and that we would also credited back to the clients account those classes that he or she could not sign up for. The owner was out of town due to to his fathers death so communication was only through email. We think that's where the misunderstanding occurred. In any circumstance would like to treat our members and clients with fairness. A mistake was made with our system and not giving he or she the proper information and we corrected that with crediting back five classes to their VFit account.
