Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They just said that the address on the account was incorrect but they 'received information on the original address', where did they receive the information from? That the address on the account was a
different one but with my name and address so which one is it? No one became in 'enraged' over anything, I work in retail so I know that you need to have certain information to open an account and that people do identity theft all the time and that you need to provide some sort of information before you can start anything over the phone besides telling this person you need to paySo no I am not providing any information until I know who these people are and where this 'debt' came from which the company cannot provide meWhen their employees could not provide any other information beside my name and I asked to speak to a manager, supervisor, or shift lead on different days that I called in, no manager was working or they just hang upI called in because I received the letter in the mail telling me to 'CALL IN!' but yet cannot give me any informationWhat type of collections company has no supervisor or manager on duty? I also told them that the phone call was being record the employee hang up on me because she did not want to be recorded but yet you are a business trying to collect a debt, if the debt was solid and they had all the information then there should be no problems with the company sending me a copy of this information or being recordedThis debt is not solid because once again I never had a storage before and never needed oneIf I am saying this is not me and you just have my name and address (that you just recovered from somewhere) most likely is this fraud someone trying to get my informationI do not have any relatives who live in California as well so the statement that I used my relative's address is incorrect once againAlso, they all of a sudden have a Operations Manager but did not have one before when I asked to speak to a manager, where was this *** *** at when I asked to speak to a managerI already filed a police report against the company for harassment and fraud with the numbers and address given so if someone calls me or send me mail from this company again, I will call my attorneysIf this is a legitimate 'company' they need to train their employees better to provide some certain of information, have a manager or supervisor on duty in the morning and evening, do not send inappropriate letters with exclamation point or bold letters, and do their job correctly.Sincerely,*** ***

The Consumer is welcome to further explore the basis of this debt and I would welcome them contacting me in order to finalize this situation. I have the supporting documents and would absolutely be willing to speak amicably with them about it.
