I am rejecting this response because this is the response...

I received:"This patient had two office visits. One on 6/4/15 and the second on 6/10/15. She has paid in full for the visit on 6/10/15 but has not paid anything towards the visit on 6/4/15. The charge of $226.25 is valid and is due."
First of all, one might ask why the office visit on 6/4/15 wasn't paid for, and yet the office visit a week later, was paid for.  It doesn't make any sense.  The answer is simple.  I was told that I could pay my bill in full on the 10th.The fact that I had 2 appointments is not in question.  If you re-read my complaint, it states that I was given a TOTAL amount that I would be charged for my visits plus my treatment.  I was given this information on 6/4/15.  When I offered to pay for my visit on 6/4/15, I was told that I could pay for everything when I returned on the 10th.  On the 10th, I paid for everything in full.  Later, I get a bill stating that I had not paid for my 6/4/15 visit, which is not true, since it was included in my TOTAL bill which was paid in full on the 10th.So, charging me an extra $226.25 is INVALID and not true, and feels very much like a bait'n switch scheme.  I was given a TOTAL amount due.  I paid it.  End of story.
