Elias "owner" is a SHADY contractorHe took $10,deposit from us and didn't finish a 1/of the job at all or refund our money He is as shady as shady can be and he does it with a smile Do not hire him Watch out!
Absolutely horrible experience with Zeal Development. They pulled the ultimate "BAIT & SWITCH" on my company. They quoted me $50,000 for a small build-out for my company (Dream House Ink) and then after receiving their first payment of $12,000 they said it could not be done for less than $70,000. Very shady company so be very careful. The ultimate irony is that I found out they were just trying to sub out the work with other contractors and not do any of the work themselves. I found this out thanks to a reputable company showing me Zeal's email bid to them offering the work to do my build-out. At the end of the day, I lost the original $12,000 I gave them and then got a more realistic bid for the build-out ($55,000) so all in all it cost me $17,000 more than originally quoted to me by Zeal. If this review can help save any other company from getting scammed than maybe it was worth my loss of $17,000. Please be smart and do your homework and find a reputable contractor...
