I followed up and spoke with this customer to get all the details pertaining to this complaintManagement has identified and coached the driver to make sure he is stopping at ALL scheduled stops and does not take any short cutsI followed up with this customer to let her know the outcome, and to contact us if this problem persists so further actions could be taken

We are very sorry this happened*** *** was very busy this holiday weekendI have contacted the customer directly for more complete ticket info and the ticket will be refunded as soon as the info is obtained

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.without the Revdex.com involvement they would not produce a refund as they did when I tried to resolve this matter prior to contacting the Revdex.comthe matter is definately not a word for word account because a police incident report has been made and he was completely unprovoked and I most definately did produce the ticket while quietly sitting in the seat without incident he did not give me minutes to produce anything his responses was exactly as I explained in my complaint he chose me who had on a muslim head scarf to humiliate and to altercate withask why there was an afro american driver who viewed each passengers ticket in order for them to board to bus did that and that *** came late boarded the bus close to ten minutes after the scheduled departure time of 3:and reexamined passenger tickets starting with me? ask why was that neceassary when the previous driver loaded the bus examined the tickets and waited for *** to come and drive the bushes a liar and they are only trying to ration the blame out to me to have me appear as something was wrong with me when I did no such thing and the officers explained to him that he had to let me board he explained to them that all he had to do was say he felt threatened and that company policy would allow him to not allow me to board the bus, he told the police that if I appologized he would let me board IT WAS ALREADY 3:A.M AND I HAD A CONNECTING BUS TO BE AT BY 34TH STREET NYC BY 8AM THAT I WOULD HAVE MISSED TO ATTEND MY APPOINTMENT IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIAI REFUSED AND I EXPLAINED TO THE OFFICERS I DID NOT HAVE TO TOLERATE BEING TREATED IN SUCH A MALE CHAUVINIST WAY, THAT HE COULD TALK TO ME HOWEVER HE DESIRED AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SUBMISSIVELY APPOLOGIZE TO HIM BECAUSE HE MANIPULATED HIS STORYCHECK THE OTHER FACTS, CHECK THE BUS CAM THAT I WAS QUIETLY SEATING AND ONLY BECAME OUTRAGED AS HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE BUS BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY HIM $DOLLARS AFTER I SHOWED HIM MY TICKETHES A RACIST

We spoke with our driver to get his version of the events that transpired that morningAccording to the driver the customer couldn't present her Megabus ticket number and the driver told her she had minutes to produce a ticket while he was collecting the other tickets or she would need to pay
$cash to continue on the busThe passenger exited the bus and called our driver an expletivePolice were called and when the police arrived the passenger was able to produce her Megabus ticket on her phoneThe police spoke with both the driver and the passenger and asked the driver if the passenger apologized would she be allowed back on the bus? The driver said he would have no problem letting her back on the bus if she apologized for calling him the expletiveThe passenger refused to apologize so the police told the driver to leave.This is a word vsword situation, so we really don't know the exact events of that morning. We would like the passenger to provide us with her Megabus receipt so we can look into a possible refund

After reviewing the tickets provided by the customer we can only refund on the portion of the trip that we would have collected money for as the transportation was provided by our service. Because the customer did not utilize our service, we can offer her a refund of the $39.00. You would have to contact [redacted] for a refund of the additional portion of the ticket because the services would have been provided through them and not Shortline/CoachUSA.

We are very sorry this happened. We would need to get the e-ticket information to look into this further. I have called and left the customer a voice mail to contact me or my co-workers who can help resolve this issue. We can be reached at ###-###-####, [redacted], [redacted].

I don't think the customer had provided us with enough information to investigate this complaint.However, we did check the date mentioned in this complaint (08/13/2015), and we didn't see any major delays on any of our connecting buses to Binghamton from Rockland County. If the customer...
