I reserved a passenger COACH USA bus to travel from [redacted] to [redacted] ** I was told before I made my reservation that the majority of their buses were new (from to present)So I decided to book with themOnly to find out that I had been lied to over and over againI called COACH USA on several occasions stating that I would need to play music, watch videos, and have wi-fi, none of which happened without many problems Each time I called, I was assured that my requests were written on my reservationI was also told that I would not be able to know which bus I would get until the night before the tripSo I called the night before my trip to see which bus I was gettingI specifically asked if the bus was equipped with wi-fiThe dispatcher ensured me that was available on that bus, which was clearly another LIEAlso, the bathroom was filthy, smelled really bad, and there was no sink with running waterThe bus arrived extremely dirty on the outside as well as insideI didn’t know I had to ask for the bus to cleaned!! However, and most importantly, as we were riding, I noticed the ‘Check Engine’ and ‘Air Filter’ lights were on and they stayed on for the entire tripThis definitely is not a “safe or reliable” way to transport people anywhere, as their advertisement states that they offer safe and reliable service, which is yet another LIE! How could COACH USA put a charter bus out on the road with safety issues???? This is extremely Unsafe and Unacceptable! I did not get what I paid for, and I will never use COACH USA again! They have clearly shown me that they do not care about the safety of their customers

Poor Service I am writing this letter to complain about the Coach USA service we received on April 16, We booked a trip to Atlantic City for our seniors in the community We have taken this trip around the same time for the last five or more years We have never had such bad service as this Our organization has many options to choose any other bus company then Coach USA; bus companies that are cheaper as well However, I rather pay extra for the Coach USA name, reputation and excellent service, which we did not receive The bus was late getting to our pisite, and it did not have the Coach Logo on the side of the bus this was not a Coach Bus I did not recognize the busMy seniors did not want to ride this bus My seniors who sat in the back complained about the disgusting stench that was coming out of the bathroom The bathroom did not work, it was not cleaned nor did it have a light in it I can’t tell you how they suffered in the back of the bus The micro

I purchased a trip on Megabus on 6/8-6/from Atlanta, GA to Washington, DC that did not have working A/CNotified the driver several times of the issue and he explained he couldn't do anything about the AC system not working and that if he reset the system it would cause a great delayHe said he would request for a new bus to meet us in one of the cities we were scheduled to stop in and then told us there were no other buses availableFor over hours I endured the most horrific and uncomfortable trip in my lifeIt's already summertime and hot outside and I was on a bus filled to capacity with no working A/CAs a result I became so weak and ill from suffering a debilitating migraine attack I was unable to participate in any of my planned and scheduled events once I arrived in WashingtonD.C When I arrived back home in Houston on 6/12, I contacted Megabus customer service to file a formal complaintEverything is done via email and is very slowOn 6/24/they finally respon

I take the Ramsey NJ/Main Stbus every morning to get into the Port Authority in NYC for workThis bus is scheduled to pick up at the corner of Abbey Ctand Franklin Tpkat times each morning; 6:38am, 6:54am, and 7:11amThis complaint is because it has been a regular occurance that not only the 6:38am bus doesn’t show up, but the 6:54am doesn’t show up either, leaving all of the patrons left wondering if any of the buses will comeThis problem is more pronounced for this route because there are only scheduled pick up times, it’s not like there are buses that are picking up all the timeLuckily in most cases the 7:shows up ( almost always late) however it’s no consolation for people like myself who need to be at work at a certain time each morning and are relying on the 6:to pick up on timeGenerally I wouldn’t even care about something like this but it’s now become a problem that is affecting my career and my livelihood, and that’s no exaggerationI’m being questione
