Coaches Time for Flowers

To Whom It May Concern.On June 10th [redacted] came into the shop & ordered a dozen rosesHe wanted three different colors of pinktold him would have to special order the three different colors as never get three different pinks in at one time and that they would be $(Usually the colored roses are $a dozen & red are $a dozen)He said that was ok because he wanted to have the BEST for his girlfriend's graduationHe would be back on Thursday June to pick them up at 9am because he had to travel to the graduation.On Jun he came into the shop to pick them up & I was alone in the shop at that timeI was doing a standing spray for a funeral that dayWhen he came in I did not remember him but when he told me he was there for the roses he had ordered, I went back into the cooler to get his orderI could not find it put together So I came out to ask him what he had orderedHe told me he had ordered red, pink & purple rosesI told him that I didn't see them back there but I could put them together for him but could he come back in an hour since I was doing a standing spray for a funeral that had to go that dayHe got very agitated and yelled at me to just give him his money backI started to remember him and remembered that he had needed the roses earlySo I said to him, that I could get the roses together for him in less than minutesI went into the cooler to get the roses & decided for his inconvenience I would give him an extra dozenhad remembered that he had wanted the BEST bouquet & thought this would placate him & he would be less agitatedI came back out to wrap them & I saw him texting someone and he seemed angrySo I said you ordered two dozen correct?!? He said yes! I wrapped them up figuring that he & I knew better but they were supposed to be ready so that was the price I was willing to goWhen I was handing them to him at the counter, he said to me you should give me some money off tooI was then agitated!!!! I said no, you & I both know you only ordered a dozen and I am giving you two for the minutes it took me to wrap these up for youHe said well I am never going to shop here againI said GOODHe leftTwo hours later his bully sister called and threaten my staff & me that if we/ I didn't give her brother back all of his money she was going to the Revdex.com, social media & all her friendsI said no money back as he took the flowers and I wasn't going to let her bully me into giving them for free.I have attached the original order that I took on June 10thAs you can see, he never asked for red or purple but when he came in & even in his complaint he was asking for purple & redI never have purple roses but I do have lavenderAnd I believe this was what he may have wantedBut when I ordered the roses for him I had ordered different pinksThat day however, I gave him red, light pink & hot pink rosesShould you need any other information I will be happy to help as much as I canI do not feel need to refund any monies at this time, as he received the product he requested in a reasonable time period.Sincerely,Judy SOwner, Coaches Florist

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner is lying. I didn't not yell or raise my voice. My sister did not bully her. The business owner flipped out on my sister. When I went in to order my roses I clearly asked for PURPLE EVEN THE PICTURE I SHOWED HER HAD THE PURPLE!!!!!!!!! I want my money back or I will contact my lawyer to pursue this further!

colored roses are $50.00 a dozen & red are $60.00 a dozen). He said that was ok because he wanted to have the BEST for his girlfriend's graduation. He would be back on Thursday June 16 to pick them up at 9am because he had to travel to the graduation.On Jun 16 he came into the shop to pick them up & I was alone in the shop at that time. I was doing a standing spray for a funeral that day. When he came in I did not remember him but when he told me he was there for the roses he had ordered, I went back into the cooler to get his order. I could not find it put together So I came out to ask him what he had ordered. He told me he had ordered red, pink & purple roses. I told him that I didn't see them back there but I could put them together for him but could he come back in an hour since I was doing a standing spray for a funeral that had to go that day. He got very agitated and yelled at me to just give him his money back. I started to remember him and remembered that he had needed the roses early. So I said to him, that I could get the roses together for him in less than 15 minutes.
